This DPA is structured as follows:

Section A – Key Terms

• Processing purpose :

  Provision of real-time translation, subtitling, and Real-Time Engagement (RTE) services as described in the Akkadu Terms of Service (the "Base Agreement")

• Duration of processing :

  The duration of the Base Agreement plus the period until all personal data is deleted or returned in accordance with the terms of this DPA.

• Categories of data subjects :

  • Customers and Employees of the Controller
  • End-users of the Controller's products/services
  • Participants in real-time translated sessions

• Categories of personal data :

  • Identification Data: Name, User ID.
  • Contact Data: Email address, Phone number.
  • Technical Data: IP address, Advertising identifiers, Cookie data.
  • Communication Data: Text fragments processed for translation.

• Place of storage & processing :

  At the business address of the data processor and its approved sub-processors as indicated in this Data Processing Agreement

• On-premise audits :

  No (Unless required by a competent supervisory authority or explicitly agreed upon in writing at the Controller's expense).
